A limited person who strive to understand a limitless God,trying hard to discover the richness & depth of His Words. In return, He never stops to amaze me by His awesome works in my life.

Knowing Him since I was 3 years old is a BIG privilege of mine. However, it is shameful because I feel that I do not know the One that I love enough. With a deep thirst and hunger to know more about my Lord, I seek for His wisdom and grace to understand Him more. The process is not instant, bit by bit.

Purpose

Purpose of this blog is to record my learning lessons from God in my discovery journey. The lessons might not 100% correct as I am still inadequate to understand the perfect Lord. However, hopefully these lessons can be used to strengthen others and even myself when life journey goes dry.

Attributes that Influence My Writings

I am an Indonesian. Growing up in a dying country where sufferings and evil deeds are familiar issues. Eventhough I am a pure Chinese with no real Indonesian blood, I believe God placed me to be born in this country for a purpose. Therefore, I am a person with a deep burden for my own country.

Currently studying in Singapore. Great drastic exposure from a slow-paced & simple country to a fast-paced high growth country. Learning about tourism influence me highly about service and commercialized stuff in order to please people.

My theological belief is shaped by Evangelical and Presbyterian churches that I have attended. Influenced by Reformed belief as well and exposed to believers from other denominations. But I am not radical about denomination, but I am radical about His truth which I’m still trying to learn.

I have a burden in His mission and humanitarian issues. Little interests in arts & politics do shape my character & thoughts as well.

Though my writing here sounds so serious, actually I am not a super serious person. Do not be deceived!
